MSC World Asia is scheduled for delivery in May 2026 as the third ship in the World class, following the earlier World Europa and World America. The ship will spend its initial winter season in the Mediterranean. The first two ships in the World series, MSC World Europa and MSC World America, were inaugurated in December 2022 and April 2025 respectively. For deal hunters, the arrival of MSC World Asia creates additional inventory pressure across the Mediterranean for late 2026, a dynamic that typically softens prices on competing sailings. MSC has not yet published full World Asia itineraries for its first season beyond confirming the Mediterranean placement, so passengers should watch for open booking dates in the coming weeks.
