Getting started

How do I track my first sailing?
Create a free account, pick your ship and sail date, then choose the Cruise Planner items you want to watch — beverage packages, shore excursions, dining, WiFi, or a CocoCay day pass. We check prices every few hours and email you the moment one drops.
Which cruises and items can I track?
Today we cover Royal Caribbean sailings departing from the USA. We watch the public Cruise Planner inventory for your specific sailing. Celebrity Cruises and additional markets are on the roadmap.
Do you need my Royal Caribbean login?
No. We only use the ship and sail date you give us to look up public Cruise Planner prices. We never ask for your reservation number, password, or account access, and we never touch your booking.
How do price-drop alerts reach me?
When a tracked item drops, we email you a deep link straight to that item in your Cruise Planner so you can rebook in a tap, on Royal's own site, with your normal account.

How do I start, change, or cancel my subscription?
Manage everything under Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a free trial — the length is shown when you sign up. It automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. A payment method is required to start a trial.
What is your refund policy?
All fees are non-refundable and non-prorated. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged, that charge is final.
How do I update my card or find a receipt?
Open the billing portal from Settings → Billing to update your payment method and download past invoices.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account in Settings, or send us a request through the form below. See your privacy rights in our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

I'm not getting alert emails.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. Add alerts@send.royalradar.app to your contacts or safe-sender list, and confirm your email address and alert preferences in Settings. If they still don't arrive, message us below.
I can't sign in.
If you signed up with email, use the Forgot password link to reset it. If you used Continue with Google, sign in the same way. If you set a password and also linked Google, either method works.
No prices are showing for my sailing.
Coverage for a new sailing can take a little time to populate, and we currently cover Royal Caribbean sailings from the USA. If your sailing still looks empty, send us your ship and sail date and we'll take a look.
The prices look out of date.
We refresh prices every few hours, and Cruise Planner prices change frequently. Each item shows when it was last checked. If a value looks stuck for much longer than that, let us know.
